The Clubhouse - Our Upcycled Vacation Apartment
Our Property
'The Clubhouse' is our luxury vacation apartment built within a shell of an old tea warehouse and beautifully upcycled into a boutique accommodation with two luxurious suites and a spillover bedroom completely laid out in teak and rosewood furniture. The Club House is centrally located at Grays Hill in Coonoor and is within walking distance of Sims Park, the regions highly acclaimed botanical garden as well as many of the regions quaint boutiques and restaurants.
Our Food
'The Clubhouse' is a bed and breakfast at its heart and while the property does not have an in house restaurant, we do offer a curated menu featuring dishes from independent chefs in Coonoor organised and served by our team at the property.
Each of our suites also have their own fully equipped kitchenettes that include a microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and a stove top for the convenience of
our guests.
Our Activities
Our range of curated activities include a plantation walk, gourmet tea tasting experience, a bird watching walk with an expert in the field and a personalised tour of a tea factory. Needless to say we would also be happy to organise visits to the various tourist attractions in the region considering our proximity not only to these attractions but also to our neighbouring towns of Kotagiri and Ooty both of which are just 18kms from 'The Clubhouse'.
Tariff
3 Couples : INR 6500 per couple per night
2 Couples : INR 7500 per couple per night
1 Couple : INR 9000 per couple per night
We host only one family at a time and vacant rooms if any are not let out to other guests for the duration of your stay.
The property has three bedrooms and can host up to 9 adults.
Extra person tariff is Rs. 3000 per extra person over the age of 10 if any or if an extra bed is required.

Large Lawn Area
Located behind 'The Clubhouse' , just a stones throw from the property, we maintain a lawn area with garden seating for the exclusive use of our in house guests. The lawn overlooks views of the beautiful Nilgiri Hills.
Fully Furnished
Our property is fully furnished in teak and rosewood furniture reminiscent of a planters club complete with a pool table, a reading room and a card table.
